Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and Alippo, operated by Nabosh Technologies Private Limited ("Alippo," "we," "our"). They govern your use of the Alippo platform, available at alippo.com and associated applications, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to:

• Be bound by these Terms
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Accept our Privacy Policy

If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

• "Platform" refers to the Alippo AI Cofounder software, website, and apps.
• "Input" means data, prompts, business information, or commands you provide (e.g., product details, brand information, campaign briefs).
• "Output" means content, recommendations, marketing creatives, campaigns, reports, or store assets generated by Alippo's AI based on your Input.
• "Content" refers collectively to Input, Output, and any files, designs, or data you create or upload through the Services.
• "User Account" means your registered profile on the Alippo platform.

• Alippo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for starting, running, and managing your ecommerce business.
• Free plans: For testing and personal use only.
• Paid plans: Commercial use permitted within subscription scope.
• You may not resell, copy, or redistribute the platform itself.

• You must create an account with accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and all activity under your account.
• If unauthorized use occurs, notify care@alippo.com immediately.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Alippo as a business user.

• You retain full ownership of your Input and Output (business data, AI-generated stores, campaigns, and assets).
• Alippo does not claim ownership of your ecommerce brand or its content.
• By using the Services, you grant Alippo a license to process your Content only as needed to provide the Services.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating Outputs before using them commercially.

You agree not to use Alippo to:

• Violate laws (e.g., sell prohibited products, run illegal campaigns)
• Upload harmful, misleading, or infringing content
• Generate spam or deceptive marketing
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass limits, or misuse the AI systems

• Subscription details and pricing are available at alippo.com/pricing.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
• Payments are non-refundable except for billing errors or as otherwise required by law.
• Refunds, if granted, are processed to the original payment method.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

Alippo AI Cofounder uses artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that:

• Outputs may contain errors, biases, or omissions
• AI-generated business strategies, campaigns, or recommendations do not guarantee results
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to use Outputs in your business
• Alippo is not liable for financial losses, reputational harm, or missed opportunities arising from reliance on AI-generated content

• Alippo owns the platform, algorithms, interface, branding, and all underlying technologies.
• You own your stores, campaigns, customer data, and generated assets.
• Using Alippo does not transfer any ownership of Alippo's IP to you.

• You may terminate your account anytime by contacting care@alippo.com.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay fees
  • Engage in unlawful or harmful activity
• Upon termination, you lose access to the platform. We may retain limited data as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Alippo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including business losses, delays, or lost profits).
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Alippo harmless against claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services, including:

• Misuse of Outputs
• Illegal or infringing products you sell
• Violation of third-party rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
