  • "I would once again like to thank our teacher.. our guide.. Sandeep Sir.. I am really grateful to him.. This is particularly because previously I used to bake after watching YouTube videos.. sometimes my cake cracked.. sometimes my cashew and raisins got burnt on the top..but YouTube people bake perfect cakes in minutes.. I felt the problem was with me.. but when chef showed his cracked cake on the first day.. I was so very relieved.. and he assured that it was quite normal.. it made me confident.. liked your way of teaching us from the very basic level and giving us tips from your experience and knowledge.. 🙏
