-Introduction of the basic idea behind sampling followed by its in-depth step by step process. - Discussion on the right quantity of sample boxes, defining outcome via sampling, channels to hire a sampling agent etc - QnA
Day 2
Defining Sampling Platforms
- Division of entrepreneurs based on their residential category i.e Housing Societies or Independent houses. - Action Plan for housing society folks: Door to Door sampling by the entrepreneur covering 1 tower (approx 40 houses) per day, posting on WhatsApp groups of the society, making tower representatives etc. - Action Plan for people living in independent houses: Pop Up Stalls, Business to Business Partnerships, White Labelling etc.

Defining Types & Frequency of Sampling
1h- We push the entrepreneurs to carry out atleast 3-4 rounds of free sampling followed by 2-3 rounds of paid sampling. We ensure to also define an outcome of sampling, i.e each sample box is given out only after the customer joins the whatsapp group of entrepreneurs, the sampling agent makes them join by asking the customer to scan the QR code of the group. We also ensure to push the entrepreneurs to take the feedback from the customer within 24 hours of sampling and request them to post their reviews in the WhatsApp group.

- Capturing high-quality images of the salads to showcase their freshness and appeal. We Share these images along with the menu to tempt potential customers and evoke their interest.

- The ordering process is made extremely convenient for customers by accepting orders directly through WhatsApp. The entrepreneurs ensure to respond promptly to inquiries, provide personalised recommendations, and offer customization options to cater to individual preferences.

Customer Testimonials & Reviews
- Our Entrepreneurs request satisfied customers to share their positive experiences and testimonials and with their permission, the entrepreneurs showcase these testimonials on their WhatsApp status or in dedicated customer review sections to build trust and credibility among potential customers.

- We Engage our WhatsApp audience by organising interactive contests, where participants can win free salads or discounts.We also encourage participants to share the contest with their contacts, expanding your business's visibility.

- Regular communication is maintained with customers regarding the status of their orders, providing delivery updates and estimated arrival times. This proactive approach enhances customer satisfaction and reinforces our commitment to quality and service.

1h- We encourage customers to share their feedback and suggestions, both positive and constructive. Our entrepreneurs also respond to queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a strong customer-centric image.

Daily Menu & Delivery Time
- Our entrepreneurs ensure that they publish their menu a day in advance in the group along with actual pictures of the salad. The delivery time for each Breakfast lunch and dinner slots are mentioned beforehand as well.
Day 2
SOP for Customer Interaction
- The entrepreneurs are asked to connect with the customers personally within 24 hours after each round of sampling to get the initial learning around the product. - We ask the entrepreneurs to specifically ensure connecting with customers who did not renew their subscriptions or stopped their ad-hoc orders to understand the reason behind the same and try to retain them by offering discounts, customising as per their needs etc.

Tracking of Daily Orders
- A manual dashboard has been provided to the entrepreneurs, equipped with relevant parameters, enabling them to review their daily business numbers. - Additionally, the dashboard allows them to conveniently filter out ad-hoc orders and subscribers. The ultimate goal is to convert ad-hoc orders into subscription-based orders, fostering long-term customer relationships.

Delivery Partner
- Entrepreneurs are informed about various delivery options for their orders, such as Dunzo, Porter, Vfast, etc., when the delivery destination is beyond a 1 km range. - For deliveries within a 1 km range, entrepreneurs utilise delivery agents like Society Maids, Carwashers, and Local Grocery staff from their own or nearby housing societies. - Delivery agents are paid on a per-delivery basis, offering a flexible and cost-effective solution for localised deliveries. - This approach allows entrepreneurs to efficiently manage their deliveries and leverage local resources for quick and convenient order fulfilment. - A range of delivery options enables entrepreneurs to cater to both local and wider geographical areas, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders
