How to make jelly at home?

In confectionery, jelly refers to a sweet, transparent or translucent, gelatin-based, fruit-flavored food. It is typically made by mixing sugar, water, and gelatin, along with any desired flavorings and colorings, and allowing the mixture to set in a mold. The resulting product is a sweet, firm, and sometimes fruity dessert that can be enjoyed on its own or used as a filling in other confectionery items such as pastries, chocolates, or candies. Jellies can be made with a variety of fruits, such as strawberries, raspberries, oranges, or lemons, and can be made in different shapes and sizes.

Ingredients Used
1 cup Fruit juice, 1/2tsp Pectin, 1 cup Sugar, 1 tsp Lemon juice
Step 1: Combine & heat
In a large pot, combine your fruit or juice with sugar and lemon juice. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
Step 2: Boiling process
Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the pectin. Keep stirring while the mixture boils for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3: Cooling process
Remove the pot from heat and skim off any foam that has formed on the top. Pour the jelly into sterilized jars and let them cool to room temperature. Once cooled, cover the jars with lids and store in the refrigerator.
