I created a page on Instagram, naming it *The Dessert Cabin*, a digital cabin where I could share my baked creations with the world. Those early days were filled with excitement and experimentation. I was like a kid in a candy store, exploring recipes, trying new techniques, and learning the ropes of the trade. However, life had its twists and turns. Due to unforeseen copyright issues, Instagram banned my beloved page, The Dessert Cabin. It was a setback, a moment when I could have thrown in the apron and called it quits. But the spirit of a true baker doesn't crumble that easily! In May, I rose from the ashes like a determined phoenix and created a new page, **The Dessert Doodle**. This time, I was armed with a stronger resolve and an even deeper passion for baking. The name represented the artistic touch I wanted to infuse into my desserts, turning them into edible doodles of delight. My journey took an exciting turn when I decided to turn my passion into a profession. For two years, I had been baking cookies and cakes, sharing them with friends, family, and anyone who tasted my creations. The love and appreciation I received were like icing on the cake, and I realized that this was my calling, my true purpose. So, here I am, making the bold decision to make baking my full-time gig.
