My name is Riddhi Rajput, owner and founder of the Vinayak Cake House. I love baking. Baking is my passion. I love to experiment with new things in baking. I started this Vinayak cake house in 2020. First, I started making assorted chocolates and selling them in my papa's shop. Then I gradually began making cakes for relatives, family, and friends because I enjoy doing so and eventually became proficient. I learned so much from the alpist. Thank you so much, Alipo. Now I've started working professionally in this field and am learning a lot.

Professionally, I am a teacher who pursued her passion for baking after retirement. Since I got introduced to the Alippo Learning Centre for multiple courses, I’ve not had a full week, having enrolled in several of the programmes. The courses have helped me stay motivated through the learning process, and my Alippo journey has been over a year now. Ever since I started attending the Alippo workshops, there has been no looking back. The courses have helped me learn several new things and boost my confidence. I started my own home-baking brand, Viva Santana, initially starting off with tea cakes and now gradually moving into other different types of cakes. I am still learning new techniques from Alippo towards becoming a baking entrepreneur, and I am sure there’s so much more to look forward to!

I'm Sheetal.D.Jain Professionally, I'm a pharmacist, and by choice, I have become a baker and own a bakery. Started as a part-time baker in 2019 with a lecturer job at a pharmacy college. Eventually, she dropped out of work and became a full-time home baker with the help and support of her parents and sister. I joined Alippo to simply learn new things, and the Premium Course helped me understand many things as well as my mistakes.

I'm based in Mumbai and started my journey in the cake industry. I started to bake for family and friends, then explored and pursued my interest in baking through Sugar Twist—it was indeed a great journey. I know the COVID period was really difficult for everyone, but this period has given me a new way of living. I just wanted to come over my frustration, so I decided to do something with my whole heart and saw a few videos of baking, so I thought, let me just give it a try. I started baking after watching videos on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and slowly started baking for myself, then for friends, and then I started taking small orders from my friends. I started with customization cakes, as everyone wanted them as per their mindset, so I took the challenge and moved forward, and I started getting appreciation from my customers. The professional course helped me take my business to another level. I learned little things that will really push me to gain more business. With all my family's support, I am doing it. I am a mother and a housewife, and I am also into baking cakes and pastries, but trust me, time management helps me to do it. I highly recommend the Alippo course, which helped me to take my business to another level! I am grateful.

I’m a soapmaker and homemaker. I keep experimenting with food, DIYs, gardening, and skincare products. I stumbled upon a video on Facebook that showed how soap can be made at home with variations. This got me interested in learning more about the process and I went on to take more courses on soap making, including Alippo courses. I got my brand name registered and started a small business on Instagram.

My name is Nita Saigal, and I’m from Mumbai. I always had a passion for cooking, and my dishes were always, etc. appreciated byIn thell. In 2000,r 2000 I started a small business of making snacks & theming them at shops where people buy them to buy as early morning breakfast. My brother had a centre, Centre said, why don't you don't join us and start the meals? That, that's how I entered into catering. I would cater lunch n snacks to around 300 students. I always handled everything personally & never left it on staff 2005,n 2005 I stopped the business then, my daughter, and I set up suitcases and started packing for exhibitions in Mumbai Pune, Pune, and Hyderabad. Coimbatore till 2011, then took a break and entered the business of trading parlour and salon products, ayurvedic products, and khadi products. I started selling all over Maharashtra with a team of salesmen. And also on Amazon and Flipkart. But during the lockdown, there wasn't much work, and I stopped these portals, but I am still doing the cosmetics and Khadi trading. During the lockdown, since my cook was not there, I got time to peep into YouTube channels and started trying recipes. One that put me into business again was cookies and nankhatai. My daughter wanted me to start selling instead of just distributing. And with this, we came up with our brand HOMEBAKEOLOGY in 2021. In this one year, I had been learning from YouTube only, and one fine day I saw the Alippo ad on Facebook and joined my first course in Fusion Baking. This method of learning piqued my interest, and I enrolled in a slew of Allipo courses, including this professional baking course. I realised what learning with perfection is and how it has improved my skills. especially in baking, which was always a dream. because I was never able to succeed in baking. So now with all these learnings and the help of the perfect teachers, Alippo team, and platform, I think I will be able to prove to myself first and then to others that there is no age for learning first and that I can do what I dreamed of. Thanks to Alippo and the team for inspiring so much confidence in me to at least move ahead with fulfilling my dream of baking and cooking.
