About the Instructor
Chef Prateek is 23 years old, a culinary graduate with experience of 2 years in the industry, worked with The Oberoi Mumbai, and several restaurants in Delhi. He runs a pastry studio In Delhi in the name of mykitchen_.fables and his expertise lies in Egg-free baking and bread. He hosts egg-free Baking classes and has taught over 2300 students across the Globe. He was one of the top 30 contestants in Master Chef Indian season 5.
