Chef Sushmita, who is located in Bangalore, has experience working in several five-star hotels, including the Taj, ITC, and Shangri-La. specialising in baking, mixology, international, Indian, and other cuisines. She also teaches workshops for Alippo internally, curates modules on various cuisines, and has a thorough understanding of international cuisines. She has worked in this field for more than ten years, and for the previous five years, she has been a culinary mentor, teaching more than 5000 students.
