I'm Swahini Bansod from Nagpur. I'm a teacher by profession. I liked baking but only as a hobby. I like to bake only during festivals and special occasions. In 2020 I lost my teaching job due to pandemic. During lockdown I could see myself baking too often. My cousin has a small daily needs shop. I started keeping few baked goods like cup cakes and doughnuts for sale. People liked it. Then I went ahead and started keeping it regularly. During those times I also provided lot of baked products for the needy people as well. That gave me more joy in baking. I also registered FSSAI. In the mean time I came across baking classes by Alippo. The first course that I did with Alippo was 5 days baking classes. When I did the first course I learnt so many things about baking techniques. After that I did many other short courses like cookies, doughnuts, puff & pies etc. In July I came to know that Alippo has introduced Premium baking course as well. I joined the course and it has equipped me more. I was able to understand things like role of ingredients, methods and techniques. So in September 2020 started selling few baked items at an economical rates which anyone could afford. Now we get orders from people from all walks of life. The main purpose of Aroma is to spread the joy of giving.

I'm based in Mumbai & started my journey in the cake industry. I started to bake for family and friends then explored and pursued my interest in baking through sugar twist it was indeed a great journey. I know the covid period was really difficult for everyone, but this period has given me a new way of my life I just wanted to come over my frustration, so decided to do something with my whole heart and saw a few videos of baking… so I thought let me just give a try for it. I started baking watching videos on FB, Instagram, and YouTube, and slowly started baking for home, then friends and then I started taking small orders from my friends. I started with customization cakes as everyone wanted as per their mindset, so took the challenge and moved forward, and started getting appreciation from my customers. The professional course helped me to take my business to another level where I learned small things which will really push me to gain more business. With all my family support I am doing it, I am a mother and a housewife + into baking cakes n pastries, but trust me time management help me to do I highly recommend the Alippo course which helped me to take my business to another level! I am grateful

Professionally, am a teacher who pursued my passion for baking post retirement. Since, I got introduced to the Alippo learning center for multiple courses, I’ve not had a full week - having enrolled for several of the programs. The courses have helped me stay motivated through the learning process, and my Alippo journey has been beyond a year now. Ever since I started attending the Alippo workshops, there has been no looking back. The courses have helped learn several new things helping build confidence in myself. I started my own home baking brand - Viva Santana, initially starting off with tea cakes and now gradually moving into other different types of cakes. I am still learning new techniques from Alippo towards becoming a baking entrepreneur and I am sure there’s so much more to look forward to!

I started my journey with Alippo on 16th of August Now I finished my course with Alippo before this course I was non baker now I can say that I'm a baker during this course I started my brand named Pretty Baked difficulty came, but Lisa ma'am and Chef Sushil helped me a lot, they have guided me wherever I was confused I called Lisa ma'am she guided me.. they gave us module which helped a lot.. if their is a problem nowadays I opened that module and recall everything.
