My name is Riddhi Rajput, owner and founder of the Vinayak Cake House. I love baking. Baking is my passion. I love to experiment with new things in baking. I started this Vinayak cake house in 2020. First, I started making assorted chocolates and selling them in my papa's shop. Then I gradually began making cakes for relatives, family, and friends because I enjoy doing so and eventually became proficient. I learned so much from the alpist. Thank you so much, Alipo. Now I've started working professionally in this field and am learning a lot.

Professionally, I am a teacher who pursued her passion for baking after retirement. Since I got introduced to the Alippo Learning Centre for multiple courses, I’ve not had a full week, having enrolled in several of the programmes. The courses have helped me stay motivated through the learning process, and my Alippo journey has been over a year now. Ever since I started attending the Alippo workshops, there has been no looking back. The courses have helped me learn several new things and boost my confidence. I started my own home-baking brand, Viva Santana, initially starting off with tea cakes and now gradually moving into other different types of cakes. I am still learning new techniques from Alippo towards becoming a baking entrepreneur, and I am sure there’s so much more to look forward to!

My name is Simran. I'm pursuing a postgraduate degree in MBA from Indore while also working. I love to explore and learn new things. Once I was doing a search and suddenly struck up with an idea to start my own business. I never thought of making something a year ago; I assumed I could just resell it and profit from it. I was working on that and think I should start reselling products on Amazon and Flipkart. And one day while scrolling through Instagram, I came across an advertisement for Alippo, and I thought about taking a perfume-making course with Alippo. I never stopped learning from Alippo. I tried a lot of times to apply for GST, but due to some property tax paperwork, I wasn't able to register it. At that time, I prepared myself and started marketing my products on Instagram and Facebook. In October, I started and created an account on Etsy, and it took a lot of time for that as well to get me registered. And I'm now registered with it, but I began with a small and a large goal. Lip balm, lip scrub, lip butter, and lip oil are currently on the market. Not getting many sales and still working on it to make it good and, most importantly, give beneficial products to customers.

My name is Nita Saigal, and I’m from Mumbai. I always had a passion for cooking, and my dishes were always, etc. appreciated byIn thell. In 2000,r 2000 I started a small business of making snacks & theming them at shops where people buy them to buy as early morning breakfast. My brother had a centre, Centre said, why don't you don't join us and start the meals? That, that's how I entered into catering. I would cater lunch n snacks to around 300 students. I always handled everything personally & never left it on staff 2005,n 2005 I stopped the business then, my daughter, and I set up suitcases and started packing for exhibitions in Mumbai Pune, Pune, and Hyderabad. Coimbatore till 2011, then took a break and entered the business of trading parlour and salon products, ayurvedic products, and khadi products. I started selling all over Maharashtra with a team of salesmen. And also on Amazon and Flipkart. But during the lockdown, there wasn't much work, and I stopped these portals, but I am still doing the cosmetics and Khadi trading. During the lockdown, since my cook was not there, I got time to peep into YouTube channels and started trying recipes. One that put me into business again was cookies and nankhatai. My daughter wanted me to start selling instead of just distributing. And with this, we came up with our brand HOMEBAKEOLOGY in 2021. In this one year, I had been learning from YouTube only, and one fine day I saw the Alippo ad on Facebook and joined my first course in Fusion Baking. This method of learning piqued my interest, and I enrolled in a slew of Allipo courses, including this professional baking course. I realised what learning with perfection is and how it has improved my skills. especially in baking, which was always a dream. because I was never able to succeed in baking. So now with all these learnings and the help of the perfect teachers, Alippo team, and platform, I think I will be able to prove to myself first and then to others that there is no age for learning first and that I can do what I dreamed of. Thanks to Alippo and the team for inspiring so much confidence in me to at least move ahead with fulfilling my dream of baking and cooking.

I have been a single parent with three children. I used to be a full-time service In the private sector and retired to start my work on my own. I began Aunty's Home and Kitchen in 2019, to continue earning. I started a paying guest accommodation and tutor small kids. Meanwhile, I had this interest in baking and baked only for family, friends and guests. Now l have been learning with Alippo since January this year and by the middle of the year, I was already selling cupcakes, muffins and cakes. Now, I am on my way to achieving my dream to be a baker. Alippo is certainly playing a huge role in helping me achieve my dream. Initially, I started as a paying guest, providing accommodation for working ladies. I used to bake only on special occasions for my home and guests. When I came across Alippo early this year and completed various courses in baking, I dove deeper into the arena of baking and started selling cupcakes, muffins, and cakes. It has now been almost a year since I started the professional baking course, and I am already being recognised as a baker. There are a few hindrances (cultural likes and preferences) that will take some time to overcome. My journey continues, and I hope to be established in the home bakery business too!
