How To Make stuffing for Puff
Estimated time of making: 30 minutes
Puff pastry, also known simply as puff,is a type of laminated dough that is often used in baking to create flaky, layered pastries. Puff pastry is made by repeatedly rolling out and folding butter into a dough, creating many layers of butter and dough. When the dough is baked, the water in the butter turns to steam, which causes the layers of dough to rise and separate, creating the characteristic flaky texture.

Ingredients Used
1Potato, 1/4 tsp Cumin powder, 1/4 tsp Chilli powder, 1/4 tsp Amchoor powder, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Oil
Step 1: Heat Pan
Heat a pan and add some oil and add cumin seeds
Step 2: Mixing
Add mashed potatoes and all the masala and mix it properly
Step 3: Cook
Cook for 10 mins on medium flame and let it cool down
Step 4 : Fill the stuffing
Fill the stuffing in your puff
