In the heart of my cosy kitchen, armed with flour, sugar, and a whole lot of passion, I began a journey that has since become the sweetest chapter of my life. It all started innocently enough, baking treats for my loved ones, and savoring the joy of creating something from scratch. Little did I know that this hobby would soon evolve into a flourishing profession, transforming my life in ways I could never have imagined. My name is Anisha Gulati, and I am a passionate home baker. Initially, my baking exploits were confined to the joy of preparing delectable treats for family gatherings and close friends. The smiles on their faces, the gleam in their eyes when they took that first bite – those were the moments that fueled my love for baking. It wasn't just about making desserts; it was about crafting moments of happiness. As time went by, an interesting pattern emerged. With every batch of cookies and every cake adorned with care, the feedback from my near and dear ones grew more enthusiastic. That's when I took my passion to the next level – I decided to turn my beloved hobby into a profession. Alippo's baking courses became my guiding light, unravelling the mysteries behind the science of baking. I learned about the chemistry of ingredients, the art of balancing flavours, and the secrets of achieving that perfect texture. With every lesson, I felt more equipped to infuse my creations with a touch of magic. My journey was defined by a singular focus: to infuse more flavours into my bakes without compromising on quality. Each cookie, each cake, and every pastry I crafted was a canvas for my culinary creativity. As I honed my skills and experimented with various combinations, my offerings became a symphony of taste, a feast for the senses. As I unveiled my creations to the world, something incredible happened. People began to fall in love with my work, and orders started pouring in. I am an IT professional who always wanted to bake. Whenever I baked my cakes never came out right. At times I felt like giving it up but that baker inside me never allowed me to give it up. I had done a few courses through Alippo and one day I found out about the pro baking course and I couldn’t stop myself from registering for it. I can confidently say that this course has not let me down in terms of what I expected out of it. Our instructor was so patient in teaching us all the techniques and encouraged us to try everything, make mistakes and get back to him with our doubts. He thought us every minute thing which was so insightful and made us learn things from him and built the confidence in us that we can overcome all our flaws in baking and become professionals too. I am confident now to start of my journey to become a professional baker after this course. I’m currently working on starting my journey as a professional homebaker
