I am an IT professional who always wanted to bake. Whenever I baked my cakes never came out right. At times I felt like giving it up but that baker inside me never allowed me to give it up. I had done a few courses through Alippo and one day I found out about the pro baking course and I couldn’t stop myself from registering for it. I can confidently say that this course has not let me down in terms of what I expected out of it. Our instructor was so patient in teaching us all the techniques and encouraged us to try everything, make mistakes and get back to him with our doubts. He thought us every minute thing which was so insightful and made us learn things from him and built the confidence in us that we can overcome all our flaws in baking and become professionals too. I am confident now to start of my journey to become a professional baker after this course. I’m currently working on starting my journey as a professional homebaker

A dream of starting a cake shop, which I nurtured for a long time. I am a passionate home baker and a cook. I am Anna Caldeira, from Mumbai. My baking journey began by satisfying the palates of family and friends with my sweet treats. It all started with a simple desire to turn celebrations into memories. Converting my passion into a profession, Manna Cakes & Bakes was born. "Manna" means 'Bread from Heaven' or Angel's Food. Manna Cakes & Bakes is a brand that offers not just baked goodies, but truly the taste of Angelic food. As time went by, my interest in baking increased. Sometimes my failures aroused my curiosity to figure out the mysteries behind the science of baking and gain a deeper understanding and knowledge of baking. That's when I bumped into Alippo courses. A platform that motivates all those who desire to learn and grow, Alippo nurtures women into entrepreneurs. The Alippo Pro baking course has helped me to master, not only the art of baking but also the art of mixing, measuring, balancing the flavours and acquiring the right texture and taste.
