She also teaches workshops for Alippo internally, curates modules on various cuisines, and has a thorough understanding of international cuisines. She has worked in this field for more than ten years, and for the previous five years, she has been a culinary mentor, teaching more than 5000 students. She is well-liked by the kids due to her cheerful personality and engaging teaching approach.

My name is Anisha Gulati, and I am a passionate home baker. Initially, my baking exploits were confined to the joy of preparing delectable treats for family gatherings and close friends. The smiles on their faces, the gleam in their eyes when they took that first bite – those were the moments that fueled my love for baking. It wasn't just about making desserts; it was about crafting moments of happiness. As time went by, an interesting pattern emerged. With every batch of cookies and every cake adorned with care, the feedback from my near and dear ones grew more enthusiastic. Their words of encouragement kindled a fire within me, a fire that burned with a desire to share my creations with a wider audience. That's when I took my passion to the next level – I decided to turn my beloved hobby into a profession.
